Otago runs New Zealand’s only School of Surveying, and Surveyor is a Green List occupation. Read the entry rule before building a plan on it: the Master of Surveying is restricted to applicants who already hold a four year undergraduate surveying degree or its equivalent, and its English requirement is IELTS 7.0 with no band below 7.0. It is not a conversion route into surveying.

Entry needs a four year surveying degree already. If your bachelor degree is in something else, this programme is not open to you.
